關(guān)于FCC SDoC消息，英文的原文
1.什么是SDoC
SDoC, (Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity), 設(shè)備供應(yīng)商將對(duì)符合規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或要求的設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，并以設(shè)備符合規(guī)定的方式向公眾提供證明。SDoC認(rèn)證程序可能會(huì)借鑒歐盟模式和Part 68 DoC進(jìn)口商數(shù)據(jù)庫模式。
2.FCC SDoC適用范圍：
SDoC將取代FCC Verification和DoC認(rèn)證程序，所有適用于FCC Verification和DoC認(rèn)證程序的設(shè)備均可采取SDoC認(rèn)證程序。
3.FCC SDoC執(zhí)行日期及過渡期
正式法規(guī)在Federal Register上公布后立即生效。但有一年過渡期。過渡期內(nèi)可選擇繼續(xù)使用FCC Verfication和DoC認(rèn)證程序。過渡期前做的FCC Verfication和DoC認(rèn)證程序是始終有效的，除非產(chǎn)品有修改，則需重新認(rèn)證。
4.FCC SDoC變更說明
屆時(shí)所有符合SDOC認(rèn)證程序的產(chǎn)品都將可以打上FCC logo。同時(shí)，SDoC將要求增加符合聲明到設(shè)備隨附文獻(xiàn)中。符合聲明需包含：設(shè)備責(zé)任聯(lián)系人、地址或聯(lián)系網(wǎng)址等必要信息。
5.FCC SDOC認(rèn)證對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室要求：
取得A2LA資質(zhì)(American Association for Laboratory Accreditation 國際實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可合作組織)并且有對(duì)應(yīng)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，所發(fā)的證書才有效。
